Which phone plan should i get?
k so i’m about to get a new phone which is a blackberry…and there are two plans which i can’t choose between….
one of them is with Windmobile and the other is with Fido
for Windmobile: $25/month for unlimited talk + text, and 100mb (of data)
for Fido: $20/month for unlimited text, 50 minutes of talk
is there a different plan that you’d suggest? oh btw, i live in ontario
Neither. Great question, perfect for me since I conduct regular Market research on phones. Why are you gettin a blackberry though? There are much better phones out there

Now depending on your’ price range, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is what I found to be the best in terms of price and specs but it’ll run you $350 the same as a Samsung Galaxy SII which is also an amazing DROID. The original Galaxy S can be found for around $200 these days and the Google Nexus S i9020 can be found for around $150 or you could go for an HTC G1 that can be found on ebay for $50 and is compatible with anyone but verizon and sprint which are both the most expensive and limiting providers out there anyways.
For the best pre-paid plan out there I’d recommend checking out this new pre-paid Unlimited everything (including hotspot) plan that just came out. Runs off T-Mobile and at&t’s 4G network for $49/mo and ends up bein free or making you money every month instead. It just launched in September and is taking the money that would other wise be wasted on the same old repetitive advertising and giving it to the people for sharing with others. $20 for every 3 people you enroll every month for as long as they have the service+another $20 for every 3 people they add as well… It adds up let me tell ya. Also coming to Europe next year
