For low budget. LG Optimus One. It has Android 2.2 and everything essential (Wifi, 200MB of RAM)
For mid-budget. A lot of options.
For high-budget. Samsung Nexus S Android 2.3, Has rave reviews, Flagship phone of Samsung. LG Optimus 2X Dual-core. LG Flagship, Android 2.3 and also has rave reviews,

Nokia E71 is probably the best Nokia phone ever made. Combined touch screen and full slide-out keyboard…Nokia has put elegance into this form factor. For me it is the best Android phone.

The Orange San Francisco is only £99 and does just about everything £400 handsets do. I think it’s by far the best value Android handset out there.

It got a nice large screen which looks great, runs all the latest apps, has a decent camera and it’s definitely good value for money.
