Which android smartphone should I buy? (and where can I buy it from?)?
I am going to buy a new phone, and I’d like a slid-out QWERTY keyboard with touchscreen, and Android. Can you suggest any good phones like that? Or whether I should get the Samsung Captivate Glide (and where I can buy it)?

The main 2 Android phones with slideout QWERTY keypads are the HTC Desire Z and the Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro.
The Desire Z has a great sized touchscreen; real slick, IPhone like. I use it for web browsing, Google reader, kindle. I also use it with Google maps as Sat Navigation – they have it on beta at the moment, and it’s like the finished article.
Can’t recommend this phone enough.

The Xperia mini pro is smaller, but a really good size for the pocket. It has touchscreen as well so again best of both worlds.
