Wanting a laptop computer which would you suggest?

I’m wanting a laptop, I need it for internet,email,instant messaging, multitasking, video viewing, and to play some games on every once in awhile. What would you suggest i have a budget of about 600 dollars. Thanks in advance.

dont get a compaq because i had one and they SUCK… but you should try a toshiba cause my sister has one and it has a decent graphics card good wireless and it has dual core and it was around 600-700 i dont have the specific model but look at toshibas they have some good products

we have 3 different types here,, compac,toshiba and a sony, like them all.However parts ie. ram are expensive for the sony.
