How to find out contact info of owner of a plaza, to make improvements there?

How do you find out the contact info (phone, e-mail,…) of owner(s) of any plaza(s) to suggest improvements or help them make it better for customers to go there?

check whitepages.com for a reverse address search. Also, visit the local courthouse, there you can search by address to find out who owns a piece of property and it is always the most up to date info. if it is occupied ask the tenants, people will usually be very helpful if it is for a good reason.
