How do I get rid of the virus system tool?
I have avg and the virus wont let me open it up and I dont know what to do! Im on my sisters laptop cause i basically cant do anything on it help please

You have a nasty virus,that is blocking your virus protection.
Can you get on the internet? I doubt it,so try this;
Start your computer in safe mode.
Reboot,and hit F8, or something like that,and you should be in safe mode.
Select safe-mode with networking.This will allow you to use the internet.
See if you can download this program “Malwarebytes.com”
After downloading, install,and try to run this program first.
Then run AVG,and reboot your computer. -

Reboot into Safe Mode with Networking. To get to Safe Mode with Networking restart the computer, and as soon as the computer starts, begin to tap the F8 key until the boot menu appears. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select Safe mode with Networking, and then press Enter. If prompted, log on as administrator.
Run System Restore (hopefully the malware hasn’t deleted the saved restore points)
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
Restore back to a date before you noticed the problem. Then follow the answers above and run Malwarebytes Antimalware. -

This would disable most of popups.
Next, download any of these programs:
Hitman Pro http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro
Spyware Doctor http://www.pctools.com
MalwareBytes Antimalware http://malwarebytes.org/
SuperAntiSpyware http://www.superantispyware.com/
Scan with them.

If your computer has multiple accounts and an administrator account doestnt have the virus, then log onto it and completely delete the entire user account with the virus! Delete all the files and folders on that account, dont copy anything as they may all have traces of the virus on it! Once the account has been deleted, run an antivirus scan, after that you can just make a new account and start fresh!

If you are unable to remove the computer viruses and other malicious files or programs that are on your computer, or if you are unable to download or run a program, perhaps you should try booting the computer into into Safe Mode with Networking and then try to download and run the programs again.
