you can not virus scan a website, instead if you have a decent virus scann it will have some kind of “On Access Scan” where when you visit a webpage it will worn you if it thinks it has harmful content aswell as when download a file it will scan it before it is downloaded, o good anti-virus will also scann inside zip and rar files

Im not sure if you can scan a website but there is a really excellent Anti Virus program called NOD32 Antivirus.
I would recommend it to anyone, it work better than any other commercial and business antiviruse out there.
Its system is so advanced that it is not reliable on a virus database only but is capable of picking up a single variant of a file that could be infected or part of a virus. It really does the job.
Ive tried different antivirus software programs for my server and NOD32 is the best. http://www.eset.com

if firefox is your browser you can add add-ons on it,called wot.this add-ons will warn you about risky website.another add-ons is dr.web anti-virus link checker, just add this to firefox and you can use to scan the file before downloading.check this https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/938 and https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3456

Spyware is not a virus so Spyware Doctor is not going to detect and remove a virus..
I suggest you get some proper anti-virus software. Avast and AVG seem to be frequently recommended free programs.
When you look at anything on the Internet it is actually downloaded to your local C drive into a folder called Temporty Internet Files. All those images and objects that make up a webpage are then reassembled by your browser (probably Internet Explorer).
If you have anti-virus software installed on your computer then it will examine every single object from the Piczo website to see if it is a virus or not. If it does detect any object as a virus then it will tell you and isolate that file. So effectively you are scanning every website you visit for viruses.
You had better contact the Support Department of Piczo to find out about your mail problem.
