How can I remove antivir protection virus?
I’ve been infected by this Rogue Anti-Spyware infection. Using another pc I’ve found that this virus is a critical virus, but I can’t get on the internet with the infected laptop because it’s blocking use of everything.
Can anyone help please?

Download these
Malwarebytes
Avast Free Anti Virus
Spybot Search & DestroySpybot is all free and the other two are trials but are basically the same as the paid versions.
If this “virus” wont let you download or run these, just restart your pc in safe mode with networking. Press F8 as soon as your pc starts to power up. press it over and over. May take a few restarts.
Update the programs, then run each one one by one. This should clear the problem. If you have enough ram, enable Malwarebytes protection module if you paid for it, and also enable Spybots “TeaTimer”. TeaTimer protects your registry. Your registry is basically critical system files and settings, like windows system 32. (What most infections attack to gain control over your pc)
This is a powerful combo I personally use (all paid versions of course) and I put it on all my friends computers when there messed up.
This will clear your problem up and keep you safe. Update regularly by the way.

1. Reboot into safe mode with networking
2 .Open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu and select Internet Options.
3. Click on the Connections tab and then on the LAN Settings button. Uncheck the checkbox labeled Use a proxy server for your LAN under the Proxy Server section and press OK.
4. Then start task manager and stop all processes that are like combination of random letters. If it fails, continue anyway.
5. Start MSConfig and disable all startup entries that launch processes from within your user directory, for example App Data folder… You might need to reboot after this step, to safe mode with networking again.
6. Download good anti-malware tool like spyware doctor or malwarebytes. Scan with it, and delete stuff it finds (if it wont remove it itself).
7. Reboot.

NO DO NOT FORMAT!!!!!!!!!
3 ways to do this go into safe mode and make the user or go straght in windows normal boot put in ur password or just click on ur user emediatly press ctrl alt delete. and end all prosesses from antivir and explarar.exe that is the virus it took 4 days to figure the in and out of this virus..and then make ur user in controll panal..3rd is regedit.exe for advanced users but its easier the 1st solution i have…check the programs files in the c:/programs folders and delete any trace of it.Grab all your videos and pics and everything and add it to a folder everything u wanted saved back it up or store to C:drive/ users / public. create a new windows user and delete all accouts that are infected to totally erase it.. this saved my pc and i had to figure it out on my own and im passsing this to everyone that got infected post ur comments /concerns or email me for help or anything im more than willing to help.. thanx
p.s. mine didnt show up in application programs to delete it nor in the programs folder its stored in registry files and system32 folder very dangerous to find and delete my suggestion just make user and folder and put ur files back where u had em.. -

Download Malwarebytes from another computer and install it on your infected computer.
