How can i get rid of the virus from bebo?
I got a message from a friend saying they saw me in this video so i clicked the link and got a virus. Downloaded AVG and all the scans now say my computer’s clear, but for some reason i cant go on internet explorer. For a while i could use MSN but then i reset the internet options and then i couldn’t anymore. Now i’ve done a system restore and that hasn’t helped. PLEASE help!!! Many thanks.

I highly recommend you follow all the preliminary steps in the following link. These steps should handle about 70% of all malware problems, should your problem still exist, please post a fresh HijackThis log in the forums as shown in step #6 and a highly trained malware removal expert will be with you ASAP for Free as well.
If you are unable to access the internet on the infected machine, or are unable to download/save anything; please go to a clean computer and download the programs/and or files to a portable storage device( thumbdrive, external hard drive, cd, etc). Then plug/insert it into the infected machine and follow the same instructions from there.
If you are unable to open or install any of the programs, rename them to something else and then try to run them again.
