Great Cell Phone in Canada?

I live in canada and was wondering what is a great phone you’d suggest. I would pay up to 300 dollars for 1 and could be american if its a gsm phone. Oh and please no iPhone.

I can’t tell you what the best phone would be, but please, please, please.

Nokia 5300 from rogers. Mp3 phone comes in variety of colours
2.0 mp camera basic model 1.8mp
