Cell phone or camera?

I’m 14, female, going into high school next year, and I just got some graduating money.
What do you suggest I get, a cell phone, or a digital camera?

also, what cell phone do you suggest, one that isnt too expensive, no touch screen, good for texting, and a good built in camera.

I would say get a cell phone forgoten because they have a camera built in it.

Get a cell phone with a really good camera.
I suggest the Samsung Rogue from Verizon, I have it, and it has a wonderful camera.
